I don't remember how I came across this book. I can't remember if it was through Pinterest or if it was me googling for books to read. Either way, I came across this and I do not regret it one bit.

Helen Hoang is an American novelist and she got her debut with her book The Kiss Quotient. Prior to this though she wrote paranormal and fantasy romances. When writing this book she found out that both she and her daughter are both autistic which is how she wrote this book.

Spoilers ahead! When writing this story, Helen was trying to recreate Pretty Woman but with the gender roles revised. So we have Stella who has a hard time finding love. Not that she is trying but she's just tired of hearing her mom trying to hook her up with other people's sons. So she decides to hire an escort to help her with said issues. Michael is that escort. It's not something he enjoys but does to help pay for his mother's medical bills. They agree to an arrangement where they will go out for 3 nights and Michael will help Stella finish her list of sex things to be good at. Over time, they realize how compatible they are but Michael is hesitant because why would Stella a smart and successful woman want him, the son of a con artist.

This was so much fun listening to, I loved updating my mom and husband about what was going on. My husband didn't appreciate the updates but my mom did. It's a funny story to listen to when driving on the road so if you have a couple of hours on the road, this is a good story to start with.

I got this back in October or November but I used my Audible free credit to get it. I googled it and Amazon has the paperback version for $12.21.

Goodreads has this at 3.9 stars and I give it a 4. I wish there was a little more to the story but I would definitely read it again.
