Meaning Behind My Blog Name

I thought of this name in 2018 when my husband was graduating from fire academy. I got myself a whole new outfit for the occasion because after graduation we both had a week off.

So I got all dressed and ready and when I looked in the mirror, I felt confident.

I'm always self conscious because I wasn't smart and shy. I had a hard time making friends and not many guys were looking at me for a relationship. But that day, for just a moment, that all melted away.

Sorry for the mess but this was in 2018 at my moms house.

I came up with hot wife because I felt very beautiful and sexy and because my husband is a firefighter. Cat mom was because you can see Munchkin laying down in the back and she is my baby.

So here I am a couple years later. Still with my husband and I still have Munchkin but have added another baby to the family. His name is Ace.

And that is why this blog is called Hot Wife, Cat Mom.
